Bonnie has all the characteristics of a great companion, but her best feature (And, I think she’d agree with me here.) is her elevator butt. For the less cat-savvy readers – a cat achieves this posture by placing the chest and belly close to the ground and elevating the butt and tail in the air, an optimal back scratch position. Bonnie loves doing the elevator butt and has even been known to be able to balance small objects at the base of her tail while in this position.
Bonnie was diagnosed with a nasal tumor in October 2014. A course of cyber knife treatments have shrunk the tumor and made Bonnie more comfortable, but she must still take medication for inflammation. These treatments have a chance of greatly improving her life expectancy, but only time will tell how the disease will progress.
Help keep Bonnie’s spirits up during her recovery by sharing your love with her and her friends. Bonnie loves to have visitors between 12-5PM, 7 days a week or make a donation to help Bonnie.
