Even in a suite with another orange cat or two, Artex is unmistakable. He is a VERY big boy! The truth is, he needs to go on a diet, but in our situation, where cats are free-fed dry food, it’s tough for a cat to lose weight. Aside from that, however, he’s a big bundle of affection and a gorgeous orange tabby. Our best guess is that he was born in 2006.

At some point earlier in his life, Artex was declawed in front. As a result, he MUST be an INDOOR-ONLY cat. This shouldn’t be a problem for anyone, though, as Artex loves people and gets along with other cats, too (he’s especially fond of wrestling with and grooming our normally-shy Gatsby).

Come in to meet Artex, and you’ll find he has a heart as big as his tummy!
