With a name like “Apache”, you might suppose that this cat had a real wild streak. But if she does have one, she’s been hiding it from us very well. In our experience, she’s just a nice cat. Apache is gray and white, with gray patches over her head and on her back. The rest of her coat is white, except for her gray tail and the funniest little gray spot on one side of the very tip of her cute nose.

Apache can be quite vocal at times, but she’s not a constant talker. In our best estimation, she’s about six years of age. As she’s a bit chunkier than we’d prefer, she’s currently in our weight management suite, but she’s healthy otherwise as far as we can determine. She doesn’t have any problems with other cats (in fact, we know she once lived with both a dog and another cat). We know that Apache likes a good scratch on the head, but she doesn’t enjoy being held or carried or being touched on her tummy.
