Named after the legendary giant of the silver screen, King Kong is quite a cat, with great big footprints to fill. After all, his namesake has been a pop culture icon and film star since 1933! The misunderstood ape with a heart of gold and an abiding love for his co-star, Fay Wray, has always been a fan favorite.

A bit more diminutive than the gigantic ape he’s named after, King Kong the cat is also a superstar in his own right. He is a big fella with a huge personality: friendly, outgoing, and affectionate in great measure. King Kong is also much more easygoing than his namesake – no deep roars or beating of the chest for him!
