Who’s that cute kitty perched atop the cages? It’s Winona!

Winona is full of energy and always eager to hop off her cozy bed to greet you. She’ll run around and chase after toys you throw! When she has gotten her energy out, Winona will stick around begging for pets. This sweet feline loves attention and will brush her side against anything and everything, even your legs!

Winona is also an avid foodie! When her morning wet food arrives, our feeding volunteers are met with adorable chirps. She also never says no to treats and will scarf them down right out of your hand!

While she’s very loving, Winona can easily become overwhelmed by too much attention, and tends to prefer head scratches over full-body pets. She’s in search of an adopter who is willing to be patient and respect her boundaries. Although she tolerates other cats, Winona would much prefer to be the center of attention as the only cat in the home.
