Must be adopted with J’Happy

Pull up to Tabby’s Place in the early afternoon and you may just see one (very jolly) black and white boy trotting around the yard on his harness. It’s Mr. Thief, and he’s on his way to steal your heart!

From stealing food on the streets of Oman to stealing hearts in Ringoes, New Jersey, Mr. Thief and his bestie J’Happy are international travelers looking for their Forever Home together! Mr. Thief and J’Happy may not be brothers by blood, but the pair has been inseparable since they met each other in a foster home in Oman. These boys have clearly been through thick and thin together and would be happiest in a home where they can be together!

Thief is a happy boy who loves nothing more than to play and explore. Mr. Thief is an Omani mau, or Omani street cat, and uses his long, lean body to leap about after wand toys or run like crazy on his exercise wheel. This boy is incredibly active and needs lots of opportunities during the day to get attention from people and play. He would do best in an active home where he can always be a part of the action and can have as much playtime as he wants. Mr. Thief is also harness trained and enjoys going for short walks outside. He would be a great “adventure cat” for a family on-the-go.

While this bonded bro band may love each other, J’Happy and Mr. Thief are not always fans of other cats and prefer to have a space to their own. Tabby’s Place is always willing to work with adopters on integrating new cats into a household, but we recommend that Thief and Happy be the only cats in their new kingdom.

Mr. Thief is young and healthy. All he’s missing is the right home. Could that be with you? Consider filling out an online adoption application today!
