Boobalah, named for a Yiddish term of affection, is a charming lady worthy of such a name.

“The Boob” knows she’s cute and isn’t afraid to strut her stuff. With her adorable diaper and wonky stride, she’s hard to miss. If she hears the rattle of a treat bag or a human calling, Boobalah will dance on over to you, asking for love. She may not be as agile as other cats, but she gets around the Lobby and enjoys going to investigate the action.

The only thing Boobalah loves more than treats is hanging out with her best friend, Bellamy. Boobalah loves other cats and enjoys snuggling. She will squeeze herself into bed next to her buddy even when there’s barely any space. She truly thrives with having a friend to hang out and nap with.

Boobalah is one of our beloved special needs cats. Due to a spinal injury, she is incontinent and cannot go to the litter box on her own. She has her bladder and bowels expressed three times a day to keep her healthy and clean and will need to have her daily care continued for the rest of her life. Despite her disability, she is full of love and doesn’t know that she is any different from any other cat.
