BooBear was surrendered to us with his mom, Missy, and his brother, Puddin, when their human family could no longer take care of them. The three lived together for the boys’ entire lives until they had to leave their home through no fault of their own. While their mother has taken the change in circumstances very well, BooBear and Puddin have been a little more nervous. They have not been with us very long but are already beginning to become much more comfortable with us.
BooBear is slightly more outgoing than his brother. He can be a bit shy when you first approach him, but he is very sweet and friendly when you offer him some head and neck scratches. For such a big guy, he has a very soft and gentle purr, and he likes to lay on his side as you give him pets. He would likely make a good companion pet for a family.
While he’s technically a senior, BooBear has many long, healthy years ahead. As far as we can determine, he has no major health issues. He’s a tad bit on the chunky side, but that just means there’s more of him to love. He would also love to find a home with his mom and brother.
