Just like a good wonton is all about the filling, our Wonton’s true treasure is under the surface.

The first thing about Wonton that may catch your eye is his beautiful brown tabby coat. Although all cats have their particular charm, Wonton’s dark swirls and stripes are undeniably unique. He often catches people’s eyes as they walk past his suite or see him sleeping in the tube between his suite and solarium.

The second thing you’ll notice, however, is the scared look in his eyes. You see, this whole indoor life is very new to Wonton. He once was a beloved outdoor cat living in a colony that was managed by a good Samaritan. Wonton eventually developed a bond with that caretaker and was brought to us in the hopes that he would be able to transition to indoor life. This change, however, has been a bit difficult for our boy, and he will need an adopter who is able to offer him a quiet home and lots of reassurance.

Despite his shy exterior, Wonton has a heart of gold and loves hanging out with other cats. He can often be found curled up with Chewie, a fellow member of the Shy Boys Club, or a few of the other cuddly cats in his suite. He truly enjoys other cats’ companies and would do well in a multicat household.

Could Wonton be the right match for you?
