We may have yet to gain Jelly’s trust, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t worthy of love from afar!
Jelly came to us from a large colony in which he did not have much interaction with people. He is not aggressive, but is still quite fearful, and may lash out if his safety is threatened. Jelly is content to co-exist in a home with quiet humans as long as they keep their distance. He could also be a good candidate for “working cat” placement in a barn, garage, or other safe outdoor environment.
In contrast with his attitude towards people, Jelly takes comfort in the company of other felines and can often be found hiding amongst them. He would do best in a calm environment with other cats to keep him company and a human caretaker willing to give him the space she needs.
While Jelly may never be a “lap cat”, he is still deserving of a loving home. Could you be the kind-hearted person to offer him just that? Fill out an online adoption questionnaire today!
