Tabs is a fine big boy, somewhere between large and extra large in size. We believe he was born sometime in 2013; he has no medical issues of which we’re aware. He has white on his nose, muzzle, chest, and paws; the rest of his coat is handsome brown tabby. Tabs enjoys hanging out in his suite’s cat tree, but in an unusual place. Part of the cat tree has a house-shaped structure, and he’s the only cat I’ve seen who sits o the "roof" of the house.

Right now, Tabs is scared of us. He can be very nice; several staff members have told me he enjoys a good chin "skritch" and seems to like to be petted around his face more than anywhere else. But in general, he’s uncertain about people.

We know that there’s a loving companion animal somewhere inside Tabs; he just requires someone to work with him for a while to coax out that side of his nature. Can you provide a happy ending to Tabs’ story?
