Update for Taylor Ham

Hello, My New, Special Friends!

Thank you for being my sponsor!

I was super excited when the lovely Tabby’s Place staff sat me down and told me I had sponsors. Thank you for choosing me; I am deeply honored. I also understand some of you were good friends and supporters of Fenek. I got to know Fenek a bit and can see why he was so loved. I can hardly wait to get to know you all.

Perhaps you’ve heard of the ongoing debate about the name of a particular pork product. In southern New Jersey, it’s referred to as pork roll, while in northern New Jersey, they call it Taylor Ham. I met my new correspondent recently and when I found out she hails from northern New Jersey (Taylor Ham territory), I knew we’d be a perfect match!

There’s so much I want to share with you. For example, I have no teeth. You might think that’s cruel for a cat that loves food, but my expanding figure is proof that this does not slow me down. There’s plenty of tasty slop for me to enjoy. I’m also diabetic and have FIV—but these are merely labels. I live in the Tabby’s Place lounge because of my special needs and diet.

Being this cute is exhausting

I am stroller trained and will soon be joining the Tabby’s Place outreach programs, where I get to visit people. To qualify, I had to go to a local pet store in a stroller to see how I handled myself. I passed with flying colors!

Did I mention that I’m completely smitten with humans? It’s true. The amazing humans at Tabby’s Place saved my life, and the staff, volunteers, visitors, and sponsors, like you, make sure I get the care and love I need. I feel like the luckiest boy in the world!

Thank you for being my friend and devoted sponsor. I look forward to sharing my adventures with you. Meanwhile, I wish you the happiest of holidays.

With deep love and gratitude,

Taylor Ham
