Update For Rocky

Hello, Dear Sponsors!

This bin belongs to Rocky now.

Our beautiful Lanky Boy Rocky has celebrated his THIRD birthday. We cheered; I might have cried a little. Rocky is just doing Rocky things – and living by the notion that anywhere, anytime, A Thing is a bed.

Anything can be a bed if you want it to be.

He’s also become a Full Grown Cat: primordial pouch, more naps. Shenanigans, however, continue.

If the closet is open, he will politely rearrange socks to make space, then take his nap. He loves the sock bin.

He is an artist; he will make space among the socks as needed. Suitcases are not safe, either.

Humans in the meantime – they provide the magical objects that can be a place to go to, despite providing actual cat beds.

This suitcase is now a good bed.

The world of Rocky – princely, odd, lithe, and a gaze that can see universes far beyond the ones we know of. He sees the stars that have yet to be discovered. He sees the expansion of life beyond anything we can comprehend. He also sees the spring-shape toys. He does not see how important his sponsors are, but I do.

Rocky looks forward to updating you on his continuing shenanigans. One does not walk past the bed without having a gangly gray paw reach out from beneath the floral quilt and grab their foot, of course.

He has torn that quilt up, and he has zero regrets about it.

Sailing past his third birthday, his life expectancy, and now existing either by the grace of the Universe or the insistence of treats at bedtime – I’m not sure which.

Rather Princely on the Pool Bag

He does want you to know that he is regal. By the grace of Tabby’s Place and Special Needs sponsorship – his reign will continue.

Your suitcase is not safe from him. Your sock bins are not safe from him. Your any-cat-shape-anything-container is not safe from him.

Rocky is here. He wants his treats.

He wishes you infinite happiness and a glorious July!

Thank you for your generosity to our dear boy!

Fondly,
Your correspondent,
Carrie
