Dear Olive sponsors,
Summer is here in earnest, Olive lovers, and it’s time for another update on our girl.
First, the medical news: there is none, our very favorite kind! Olive has done well medically over the past four weeks, and, as always, we are grateful for that.
Olive must be wondering what’s happening at Tabby’s Place. Our little lobby greeter has been so accustomed to checking out everything (and everybody) coming through the front door.

Now, our front door is not even being used, we still cannot have visitors, and, while the number of volunteers has been increased slightly, there just aren’t enough people to fuss over her.
Still, she is always the first to investigate any deliveries or donations that arrive. Staffers have seen Olive pawing at the front door occasionally, but whether she’s trying to bat at a passing insect or expressing a desire to get out, we don’t know.
In multiple stages and very gradually, we expect (and dearly hope) that Tabby’s Place will re-open to all volunteers and to the public, and once more Olive will be around to receive our many visitors and her admirers (not necessarily in that order, of course).
In the meantime, please know how much I appreciate your support of our little spitfire.
Your correspondent,
Stephanie
