Update for Lester

Hi, friends.

We’ve had a busy and exciting month at Tabby’s Place. It’s Kitten Season, which means there have been lots of little, furry kitten babies running around here. There was a Kitten Shower this past weekend, and it was a huge hit. I love a good party, and it was nice to see all the happy faces and feel the good energy – not to mention all the kitten adoptions!

And it’s not just the kittens that are getting adopted. Recently, amazing adopters with big hearts adopted Ambrose, Dina and Bello – together! That’s pretty amazing, and it gives me great hope that the good people of this world will find their way to Tabby’s Place to adopt us and take us to their happy homes.

Lately, the kind people here have been making me take a pill, called Prozac, every day. They tell me it will be good for everyone, but especially for my roommates. Admittedly, I give them a hard time about pilling me, but everyone agrees it’s worth it. Since I started my medication, there have been no reported brawls between me and Pyewacket. I’m a new man, ladies and gentlemen – one that is calm and accepting. They are hoping I take Boots’ lead: the onetime wild child of the lobby is now a calm, sweet boy who has learned to live and let live even without his regular Prozac regime.

I’ve been enjoying the solarium and napping in the great outdoors. Life is good. I hope you are enjoying the warmth of the sun and spending time with those you love.

Your buddy,
Lester
