Dear Friends,
It has been a relatively uneventful month. By uneventful, I mean glorious! My health is good. The weather has been great, which means more time in the solarium. And the FIV+ Suite has been mostly peaceful and calm, a great feat considering it’s a full house once again.
Our newest residents include Creamsicle and Noire. Creamsicle is a sweet and lovable orange tabby, who did time in Ringworm after arriving at Tabby’s Place. Noire is a tiny black kitty with a delicate GI system (I can relate, little buddy!). She is very nervous around people. Hopefully, she’ll find a cat or two with whom to cuddle and feel safe. We need another Shea around here. He used to comfort all our new, nervous arrivals to the FIV+ Suite.
In case you weren’t aware, I—like most cats everywhere in the world—am a sun chaser. On beautiful days, I look for sunspots in which to lounge. I highly recommend it. It’s a good source of Vitamin D and will lift your mood faster than you can say “give me treats!” Speaking of treats, I’m still not allowed to have any, no matter how many times I randomly shout out for them.
I heard that Tabby’s Place is working on new regulations that would allow more volunteers to come back and volunteer inside. This is exciting! I look forward to seeing many of my volunteer friends again and having more people available to spoil me rotten and fuss over me.
Thanks for all your amazing support. I’m sending you lots of love and kisses.
XOXO,
Lester
