Dear friends,
Just as things were pretty consistently peaceful in the FIV+ Suite, a cat named after a messy noodle and another named after a boozy cocktail threaten to throw off our equilibrium.
Spaghetti has arrived, sporting an orange caution collar, and trying to adjust to his new environment. The jury is still out on whether he’s going to disrupt our peace, but time will tell. I also hear that Martini Mike is back. He’s not a fan of other cats, so this could be interesting. Maybe he’ll have better cat social skills for his second rodeo.
For this month’s excitement, I found a hidden dish of non-prescription food in the suite. Seriously, someone actually thought they could hide non-prescription food from me … what were they thinking? I spend all my days hoping for just such an event! The result was one happy Lester and one spectacular bout of diarrhea (sorry, not sorry).
When I’m not in search of forbidden food, I’m usually sleeping in the solarium. It has been a hot and steamy summer, so I spend my days chilling out and listening to the birds and crickets. Here are two videos of me lounging and rolling for your viewing pleasure:
As I sit here enjoying the day, I think about you and what a great friend and supporter you’ve been, and it makes me smile. Sending you lots of love and hugs.
XOXO,
Lester
