Update for Anka

I usually like to chase butterflies, but if you can’t beat ’em, join ’em, I say

Dear Friends,

Riding with my friends, from left to right: Betty (happy new rider), Oram, Elijah and me 🙂

We have had some amazingly beautiful days here in New Jersey. And that means more stroller rides outdoors! We’ve got a growing crew of cats that enjoy being outside on nice days, and a lovely group of volunteers that is happy to take us out and spend time with us.

Halloween at Tabby’s Place was a blast! Our lovely humans put up decorations and some of us lucky cats get to wear costumes for the occasion. I got to dress up as a gentle Monarch butterfly and a great, big lion. Not to brag, but I look pretty cute, don’t you think?

I’m happy to say that my health has been good and I’m enjoying all the action in Quinn’s Corner. Every time someone walks by or there’s a sound nearby, I perk up and run over to the door to check out what’s going on. I want to be in the middle of all the action. And when people come to visit me, I just melt with joy. I have sweet, soft beds to sleep on, my favorite toys to play with, the BEST human roommates anyone could wish for, and visitors who love me and play with me. What did I do to get so lucky?!

The Thanksgiving holiday is upon us in the U.S., which always makes me pause and reflect on the many things I’m grateful for. First and foremost on my gratitude list is you and everything you do to make my life so special and ensure I get the care I need. I am deeply grateful and filled with love every time I think of you.

With deep love and gratitude,
Anka
