Hello there Anastasia admirers. Happy February to you!

Anastasia continues to do well. She has gained some weight, and the medical staff has actually decreased her steroid to just once a day. Long term steroid use is not a good thing, so the decrease is definitely a good thing. Anastasia also received her B12 shot this month.

Anastasia’s purr is as loud as ever! And, of course, she does prefer you pay attention to her first. None of this noticing the other cats before she gets her turn! From her viewpoint, who could possibly want to notice anyone but her? And if you do, well, you just don’t have good judgment in her opinion, and you’ll get the cold shoulder.

Tabby’s Place has had some great activity this past month, including media attention (most notably the CBS Evening News bit) and wonderful adoptions.

Especially nice is the fact that some long time residents here at Tabby’s Place have found forever homes to call their own, like Beatrice, Penelope and Tippy.
