Hello Anastasia’s fans. Happy 2009, friends!

Though her eating habits have been up and down recently, the staff at Tabby’s place has decreased some of the medication to settle her stomach and she seems to be doing fairly well. If nothing else, she was very happy to be in the new adoption room she calls home. You could often find her just purring away when you entered for a visit.

She and her buddies Crystal, Natasha, Skittles, Hootz and a new friend, Gabby, have now been moved to the Special Needs Suite. It’s a small suite so they won’t be crowded with lots of cats. It does lack the comfy furniture that was an Ana favorite – still, it has cubbies and lots of soft cushions and towels to lounge on. One plus for this suite is that it’s visible from the lobby so her chances for adoption are increased.

Anastasia seems to be holding up pretty well with all the changes too. She purred for me when I gave her some attention.

Anastasia would like to send you many thanks as we enter the new year and the message to stay warm! She will be, all snuggled up on a comforter in her room.
