Lady Grey

Unlike most of our other felines, we know something about Lady Gray’s background. She lived in a private home with several other cats and at least one dog. Unhappily, her owner passed away, which is how she ended up at Tabby’s Place.

Lady Gray is a petite girl, maxing out at just under 6.5 pounds. She is, as her name indicates, solidly gray. She’s also very shy with us. While we don’t know if she was like this with her previous owner, the shelter from which she came to us noted her shyness. She’s about ten years of age at this writing (mid-April, 2014), and she’s been through a lot of change for a little cat, so it may just be that she needs time and a patient adopter in a quiet home to come around. Because she is so timid, she’d likely do better in a home without small children.

Lady Gray loves other cats. She is often found curled up in a basket with another feline, usually Ali or on her shelf. We’re encouraged by this fact. If you’re looking for a companion for a cat you already have, consider our Lady Gray.
