You’ll hear no disapproving “tut-tuts” from Tuttie! This petite 13-year-old black beauty has far more important things to do—like finding a lap, climbing into it, and soaking up every ounce of attention her adoring audience is willing to provide.

Tuttie came to Tabby’s Place with two of her siblings after their owner passed away. Despite all the changes she’s experienced, Tuttie is in wonderfully high spirits. In fact, she’s one of those cats who seems to believe that every person she meets is simply a new friend she hasn’t had the pleasure of charming yet.

You’ll often find Tuttie wandering around the lobby, following people in hopes of collecting pets along the way. And she is not particularly picky about her attention: chin scratches, gentle strokes, lap time—Tuttie is happy to accept the full-service affection package.

Tuttie does have IBD, which means she needs a prescription gastrointestinal diet and daily medication to help keep her condition under control. Her health needs require some extra care, but they certainly haven’t dimmed her bright, outgoing personality. She also gets along well with other cats and would be quite comfortable sharing her home with easygoing feline companions.

After losing her person and finding herself in need of a new beginning, Tuttie is ready to fill someone’s home with purrs, companionship, and an impressive quantity of lap time. She’s a senior girl with a youthful enthusiasm for people and plenty of love left to give.
