We may have yet to gain DW’s trust, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t worthy of love from afar!

DW came to us from a large colony in which she did not have much interaction with people. She is not aggressive, but is still quite fearful, and may lash out if her safety is threatened. DW is content to co-exist in a home with quiet humans as long as they keep their distance. She could also be a good candidate for “working cat” placement in a barn, garage, or other safe outdoor environment.

In contrast with her attitude towards people, DW takes comfort in the company of other felines and can often be found hiding amongst them. She would do best in a calm environment with other cats to keep her company and a human caretaker willing to give her the space she needs.
