Found on the streets of Philadelphia by a 13-year-old boy, Sylvia may have come to Tabby’s Place a wayward urchin, but she’s quickly made herself quite at home.
With her beautiful green eyes and brownish gray camouflage coat, Sylvia’s name couldn’t suit her more perfectly. This “spirit of the woods” feels quite comfortable blending into other cats’ routines. She gets along famously with our other FelV cats. She is happy and healthy, and this super sweet tabby is the soul of affection. A pleasingly plump munchkin with a heart of gold, Sylvia freely dishes out loving head butts to both her feline and human friends. Her girth – a much nicer way of saying waist size — belies her love of treats and excellent appetite. We do try to curb the goodies, but … just look at that face!
Frequently found seated with her lovely paws tucked femininely beneath her, Sylvia is a wise, observant creature. A well upholstered pillow or a shaggy blanket seem to be her favorite perches from which to watch the world go by. She seems grateful to be off mean city streets and is very happily embracing her cushy, indoor life.
