A melee is defined as a “confused and/or disorganized struggle amongst several people”. Aptly named when she first arrived at our sanctuary, we’re not too sure if this cool tabby girl still resonates with her moniker. While the initial stress of shelter life was understandably hard on her, she quickly settled in and has now won the hearts of both staff and volunteers.
Our Melee is beautiful both inside and out. Many of us here at Tabby’s Place suspect that she is actually an angel in cat form! With a luscious gray coat and a heart full of love, you will be hard pressed to ignore her pleading eyes as she patiently waits for attention. You can often find her taking a nap in a cat cubby, only perking up when someone approaches to give her some gentle pets.
Melee is a healthy young lady who would love to leave the shelter life behind for a quiet and comfortable home. She can sometimes have a short fuse, and would benefit from an adopter who understands cat behavior. She would do best as an only cat or in a home with other laid-back felines.
