Looking to add a little spice to your life? How about a kick of Habanero?
Habanero is new to the indoor life. Having spent her early years outside a women’s prison, this little pepper has been a bit unsure of her new surroundings. Unfortunately, her outdoor home shut down and she and her colony-mates had to find a new place to call home. We welcomed Habanero and several other felines from her former home into our sanctuary in October 2022.
This quiet girl doesn’t ask for much. She’d much rather find a cozy bed to curl up in than be a part of any drama. With a good bit of love, Habanero has the potential to blossom. Right now, she prefers the company of other cats, but we hope that with time, Habanero will learn that people aren’t so scary after all.
