Esme is still new to us, but we have only good things to say about her!
While Esme might not be a social butterfly and is on the shy side, she is a gentle spirit who just needs a little reassurance. Esme loves some gentle attention and will return the favor with purrs and by rolling over to show you her belly. Once you show her you mean her no harm, she can be very affectionate. She would appreciate a quiet home with an adopter who is willing to let her take her time in getting comfortable. We hope that she will truly begin to blossom and let her personality shine as she acclimates to her new surroundings.
Esme seems to do fine around other cats. She may not seek out their presence, but she also doesn’t mind hanging out with other felines. She’s had no issues with other cats so far and would likely do well as a single cat or in a multi-cat household.
