Valkyrie is fortunate to be with us. She was found outside (it’s thought she’d been abandoned) and taken into a shelter. But because she is not considered highly adoptable (she’s a senior, and she wasn’t eating much at the shelter), she was taken to a vet to be euthanized. Thankfully, she ended up at Tabby’s Place instead.
She’s a pretty, all-black female, on the large side. We believe she was born in 2007. Although her temperament is somewhat reserved, she does enjoy having people pet her, and we’re convinced that at least some of that “reserved” temperament is due to the fact that she’s been through so many changes lately.
Medically, Valkyrie is on a daily supplement for arthritis; other than that, she is healthy as far as we can determine. This girl has been through a lot, but she deserves better. Can you provide her with a loving, “forever” home?
