Our best guess is that Maria was born in 2004, so you can imagine our dismay when this beautiful senior was found as a stray outdoors in November. Maria is of medium size. She’s a brown tabby with white on her chest, face, tummy, and all four paws; as often occurs, her tail is of a gray tabby color. She’s affectionate with people and has a placid disposition.
Maria is one of our Special Needs felines. She has early stage kidney disease. As is the case in humans, this may remain stable for many months or even years, or it may progress more quickly; there’s simply no way to know. However, even when Maria first came to us, her kidney values were not that bad, and they have improved significantly in the time she’s been with us.
We know that Maria will make a loving companion for the right person or family. Come in to meet this loving, gentle senior and we know you’ll agree.
