Lucy shares a name and temperament with a kind and sensitive Queen of Narnia. And while this little tabby fluff hasn’t climbed through any magical wardrobe portals – that we know of – her road to our sanctuary was nonetheless winding.

We’re not quite sure how long Lucy spent as a stray, but it was enough time to pick up a nasty infection. Fortunately, Lucy found her way to the magical land of Tabby’s Place, and we’re happy to report that she is now fully recovered and ready to settle in to a loving home. Her time outdoors has left her a bit nervous around new people, but take it slow and you’ll find that Lucy delights in attention. She especially loves head pets and butt scritches! She coexists peacefully with the other cats in her suite and would be fine in a multi-cat household or as your one and only.
