She has velvet fur as soft as the morning mist blanketing a mountain. Her name means “ash-gray,” and like the remnants of a cozy fire, Cinereous’s presence brings feelings of warmth and calm. At first, she may hang back, watching you with her gentle, moonlit eyes…but offer her a treat, and her shyness will quickly melt away.

Cinereous absolutely loves food. She will happily go along with almost anything, as long as treats are involved. And although she has a heart condition, Cinereous is super easy to medicate—just hide her meds in a tasty snack, and she’ll immediately gobble them up. Sometimes, she’ll even make biscuits with her paws while she chomps away, evidence that she’s elated to be eating.
