He might be a bit tricky to tell apart from his grey, curly-haired suitemates, but once you find Nerf, his unique personality will shine through!

Nerf came to Tabby’s Place from a large indoor colony where he did not get much interaction with people. He can be shy at first, and prefers patient visitors that will give him time to warm up to their presence. Once he feels safe though, Nerf is happy to accept gentle pets and chin scratches.

If he’s having a fearful day and hesitates to come out, food can be a helpful motivator. Nerf is often intrigued by a treat, and it might encourage him to approach you. However, it’s important to respect that Nerf may not always want attention at all times—if food isn’t drawing him out, he might prefer to be loved from a distance at that moment.

Nerf loves his suitemates and is often seen cuddling with them, so he would thrive in a home with other feline friends. He would also do best in a calm environment with a patient adopter who’s willing to take their time to expose the sweetness that lies beneath Nerf’s gruff exterior.
