River arrived at Tabby’s Place with her kitten, Carter, after being found outside by a kind-hearted citizen. Despite her previous colony life, she is a very affectionate and outgoing cat! She will let you know when she wants attention—or isn’t ready to give it up—by rubbing against anything in sight. River accepts any and all pets, whether they be head scratches or caresses on her back.
While pets may be her top choice, River is not one to refuse food or toys. Her curiosity acts as a catalyst for her playfulness. She gobbles her wet food the moment it’s placed down and is excited to bat a ball around!
