This type of information is not typically known outside of the Tabby’s Place organization, or even, to all of Tabby’s Place’s employees.
All information concerning adopters (potential or otherwise), cat ownership (prior to or after Tabby's Place), donors, business relationships, our staff, volunteers, financial data, and business records of Tabby's Place is confidential. Volunteers, except within the scope of their volunteer role (e.g., adoption counselor), cannot remove, make, or cause to be made any copies of Tabby’s Place’s confidential information. Volunteers cannot use for their own gain or disclosure any confidential information, data, or knowledge relating to Tabby’s Place.
Volunteers who do not adhere to our confidentiality policy will be prohibited from volunteering.
By signing this, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to adhere to the above rules regarding confidentiality. I hereby agree to abide by these rules during my tenure at Tabby’s Place and after I am no longer affiliated with this organization. I understand that any violation of these rules may result in my immediate termination as a volunteer and/or legal action.
