2026 Chip or Treat Microchip Registration

You may bring up to 3 pets to be microchipped. You must include each pet’s information on the form below.
No other services will be performed.
Microchipping is dependent on availability and is not guaranteed. Register early to reserve your spot.
After completing this form, you will receive an email one week prior to the event to schedule your appointment slot. Appointments will be scheduled between 1-4 pm on Saturday, October 25th.
Microchipping will take place at Tabby’s Place, 1100 US 202, Ringoes NJ 08551.
