Nicky is a member of our FIV+ suite. She’s a quiet but friendly girl, with typical pretty torbie markings (if you don’t know, a torbie is a cross between a tortoiseshell and a tabby, so she has some tabby stripes, some black, some orange, and a little white in the mix). Nicky is very sweet-natured with both people and other cats.

In addition to being FIV+, Nicky, a senior cat, has heart disease. Because Nicky is a “senior citizen”, she should go to a home without young children. Come in to see our sweet torbie!

Update as of 8/17/06: Nicky’s heart disease has progressed slightly, to the point where she requires medication for it. While we had rather this hadn’t happened at all, her heart disease still isn’t serious. We’ll do another ultrasound in 3 months (instead of the usual 6) to see how she’s doing.
