Looking for a new best friend? Matteo would love to be yours!
Matteo is an outgoing youngster who was found wandering around East Amwell. He and another young cat were picked up by local Animal Control and sent to us to be checked out. Matteo has settled in well and has continued to be outgoing and affectionate with us.
While we aren’t entirely sure where this handsome boy came from, but clearly he is fond of humans! Matteo loves to greet visitors to his suite, meowing and coming to rub against your legs. Matteo wants nothing more than all of your attention (or, quite honestly, treats). He’s still young and full of energy, so he’s also a big fan of playtime. After playtime is done, he’ll settle down in a comfy bed or box and took a good ole nap. Matteo would do best in a home where he can get lots of human attention.
In terms of other cats, Matteo is a good sport and is the official greeter for new cats in our FIV+ suite. He would do well as an only cat or in a multicat household.
