Hello, Fans of Taylor Ham!
My name is Kim, and I am a longtime volunteer at Tabby’s Place. When asked to cover for your regular correspondent this month, I said yes with a smile! Mary will return to you next month.
My smile is largely due to the opportunity to spend extra time with Taylor Ham. I must say, our dear boy is always receptive to my visits.
The last time I visited, he was stretched out across the Lounge table. I could not help but chuckle to myself (he was surely “lounging!”) as his head popped up to greet me, but his body did not follow. He remained outstretched during our entire visit, as he enjoyed the long pets over his coat.
Later, I heard that Taylor may have been tired from his hard work sleuthing for forbidden foods (namely, human lunches). He now has competition in his quest for these delights, as roommate Ruchi is just as persistent. Taylor must have had to step up his game to keep up with Ruchi!
Recently, our staff found an entire box of pastries toppled onto the floor. It was difficult to say that one or the other cat had total responsibility for this act. Though “innocent until proven guilty,” sticky paws on both cats, and prints on the table, indicate this was a joint effort. They were probably proud of their collaboration!

I was glad to find that Taylor Ham remains healthy. His only medical news is the possibility of … a diet!
As we looked out the big picture windows at the lawn, trees, and beautiful spring plants together, I was thankful for the blessings that allow Taylor Ham to thrive. Thanks to you, he receives wonderful care and all the support he needs to be the best cat he can be.
Thank you, dear sponsors, for making this possible. We are truly grateful!
Your correspondent,
Kim
