Dear Friends,

I hope you’re enjoying the spring flowers and butterflies. It’s such a beautiful time of year here in central New Jersey.

Last month, I was a bit shy about showing my belly. This month, I’m going full belly up! Every time my correspondent came to visit me, I plopped on my side for belly rubs. I’m a big fan of any type of affection, including brief belly rubs.

I’m also a big fan of food, and my waistline is proof. I’m like a sweet, furry tank weighing in at just over 18 lbs.

The other day, a lovely young man was heating a slice of pizza here in the Lounge. I tried to eye his pizza without him noticing, all the while plotting how I could cause a distraction and steal his slice.

My complete and utter laziness foiled my plan.

So here I lay in my favorite sunny window, belly filled with special prescription cat food, but no pizza. Maybe I’ll work on my motivation next month. It probably wouldn’t hurt for me to get some exercise, but I’d rather be a loaf and rest all the time.

Leo, Ruchi and I are similar in that we all love human attention and lounging all day long. It’s so great to live in a place where loving humans dote on us throughout the day. I am such a lucky guy!

Speaking of luck, you are my good luck charm. With you by my side, I get to live the best life possible. Thanks for all that you do for me and my Tabby’s Place feline friends.
