Dear friends,

It’s been an interesting month in Suite FIV! We had front-row seats to a couple of big events in the Lobby. Tabby’s Place held its first Cat Yoga session. We watched on as many of the Lobby cats joined a group of very flexible people. Some of my FIV+ friends and I joined in with our own Downward Cat poses and Cat and Cow tilts. A good time was had by all!

Tabby’s Place also held its annual Kitten Shower. Crowds poured in with gifts for the little ones. The bonus is that we all get extra attention when people come and visit. I am in my happy place.

We also had some contraband fun — my favorite kind! Several cats in Suite FIV are on prescription diets, so there’s a sign on the door for volunteers and visitors asking them not to give out any treats. A wonderful person missed the sign, leaving leftover goodies as evidence. We kitties did not complain 😉

My health is good and life is grand. Like most of my kitty friends, I spent most of my time outdoors in the solarium, but I can be easily coaxed back in by soft voices promising affection.

Not all the kitties that arrive here and live here are lucky enough to enjoy good health. Luckily, Tabby’s Place does everything in its power to help those who are less fortunate.
