Summer’s here, I’m ready to play.

It’s that simple. Take me out to play, pet me, tickle me, hold me, I’m all about the summer months!

I know I know, I’m always writing about me, and it is about me-me-me I know. After all – I like me, and that’s good enough for me.

But enough about me, what do you think about me? Let me tell you about what I know here! –

The diabetic cats in the Special Needs Suite are now being fed only the wet version of their prescription diet. Our vet spoke to a specialist who said that she believes that the very small amounts of carbohydrates in the wet food (compared to dry food) help control their blood sugar better. So far, two of the diabetics have gone into remission.

But get this!… We just found out that the FIV suite is ringworm-free!

Life is good.

Now to my favorite topic: me.

I’ve started gulping again. The vet has put me back on steroids, but this time a low dose every other day. I’d not be surprised if I’m on them forever at this point.

This of course makes me no less adorable. So don’t be discouraged! I should know, I’m me after all!
