Update for Buddy

Greetings to Buddy’s sponsors,

How I love, love, love this precious angel of a cat! He is so loving and wonderful.

This month, Buddy has been diagnosed with a chronic, not atypical, issue with his teeth. Like many other FIV+ cats, Buddy has a case of from lymphocytic plasmocytic stomatitis (LPS). Fortunately, Buddy’s condition is mild enough that he is not presently in need of any extractions, and we can safely wait six months before his next cleaning.

He continues to love his perch on top of the crates, and his devoted morning caretakers have learned to leave warm and cushy bedding for him in his favorite spot.

With the adoption of Darling Dre (I will miss him so much), I would have thought Buddy would be prancing and cavorting. He is actually taking a little time to reassess his role in the FIV suite. Given the recent tension, Buddy is carefully watching the new dynamics. Our dear, dear Buddy remains cautiously loving, seducing those with patience with his green eyes.

He and I thank you for your devotion and generosity, and we keep you all close in heart through this special season.
