This month brings the best news, for best friends! Our sprightly Buddy welcomed his sidekick, Wolfie, back to Suite FIV. Wolfie’s recent siege of health woes required an extended stay in Tabby’s Place’s in-house hospital. By late May, Wolfie was stable enough to spend his daytime hours with his best buddies, especially our gorgeous little fellow.
Buddy had seemed a little sad without his protector and friend. But now, Wolfie’s incredible recovery continues, as his blood work is improving, his weight is climbing, and he’s eating on his own. Wolfie is now back “home” to Suite FIV full-time, and no longer needs a feeding tube.
While pacing over Wolfie’s serious health challenge, Buddy kept company with some of Suite FIV’s other stars. He spent much of the past month snuggling in a cubby rather than on the top of the ramp or atop his favorite crate. His fans appreciated this change, if only for the chance to pet him for uninterrupted spurts of 30 seconds!
As we head into summer, Buddy is healthy, handsome and happy — and of course, loved and adored.
