We’ve listed Magdalene as a torbie, but that’s only because we had to choose one term from a limited list to describe her; it’s not very accurate. In truth, she’s rather unusual in appearance.She has a brown tabby back, tail, and head; a buff tabby underside with very dark stripes on her legs; and a little white in places on her paws. She’s a pretty little girl; our best guess is that she was born around June 23rd (2014).

When Magdalene came to us, she had a serious neck wound. It took a little time to heal, but she’s in fine shape now. She’s an affectionate girl who likes people. She has not been around other cats at Tabby’s Place yet (it’s September 1st as I write this), but she seems very curious about the other young’uns in our Community Room (where she’s now living), and we believe she’ll do just fine with them after a short introduction period of a day or two.

It would be nice for Magdalene to have another feline around her own age to play with, but what she needs above all else is a loving home.
