They say good things come to those who wait, and this is especially true about our Sweetie.
In his previous home, Sweetie more than lived up to his name. But this pink-nosed gentleman has taken the transition to Tabby’s Place quite hard, and can often be found huddling in a cubby watching his rowdier suitemates. It may take a while for him to adjust, but we’re willing to wait for Sweetie to show his heart of gold once again.
Sweetie needs a quiet home, and a patient adopter willing to let him get comfortable at his own pace. Sweetie has also tested positive for feline leukemia virus (FeLV+), a condition that affects his immune system. Due to his FeLV+ status, he can only live as a solo cat or with other FeLV+ felines. He gets along well with other cats, but wouldn’t mind being a solo cat either.
