Plenty of kids love cats. They love them and squeeze them and mush them and sometimes scare them.
But it’s the rare and precious mini-human who loves cats way down to his depths. Rare and precious, clearly, is Jacob.
If yesterday was gras, today is grey. Faithful folk worldwide are walking around with smudges of ash on their foreheads, representing repentance to God and the start of Lent.
Faithful cats, on the other hand, have been wearing ash grey in and out of (liturgical) season. Never mind that felines don’t do repentance.
Funny thing about cats…
Actually, make that funny thing #8,732 about cats: they are entirely unconcerned about other people’s schedules.
The following events take place between 10:30 am Saturday and 1:30 pm Tuesday.
Consider this the Tabby’s Place version of an episode of 24…except, instead of Kiefer Sutherland and civilization-threatening threats, it’s 100 cats and a really epic power outage.
There are things we’re told are facts, even if we’ve never seen the evidence ourselves.
Matter and energy can display characteristics of both waves and particles. There are reasonable people out there who like to listen to Kenny G. Charlie Sheen, John McCain and Vanilla Ice are all the same species.
And female FIV+ cats exist.
