Zaphod and his friend Trillian (also at Tabby’s Place) were found abandoned in a house. You might expect felines who had been treated that way to be scared to death of people, or angry with them, but that’s not the case with Zaphod. Zaphod is a real character! He’s affectionate and good-natured; far from being aggressive at all, he seems intimidated by some of the stronger personalities in our lobby. He’s a quirky boy, too. We believe that Zaphod was born in 2010.

He’s a large male, with a black tail, two small black patches over his head, and a large black patch over his back; the rest of his coat is white. Zaphod’s eyes are a pale green, and, like all proper cats, he can look quite pathetic when he wants something.
