Lost, or possibly even abandoned, with a badly mangled tail, Matilda was found roaming the streets one cold winter day last year. Matilda’s rescuers immediately took her to the vet where much of her tail needed to be amputated. When no family was located for Matilda she was lucky enough to make her way to Tabby’s Place.

Darling Matilda has a dark brown tabby coat and striking yellow-green eyes. She adores people and would be happy just to sit and be petted for hours on end. While very sweet most of the time, Matilda does have a feisty side which she typically reveals when other cats are around. For this reason we recommend she go to a home with few or no other cats.
