The first time I ever met Chopper, he jumped into my lap and settled himself down as though he’d known me all his life. This wasn’t a surprise to our staff, who had told me repeatedly what a loving disposition he has. Chopper truly adores attention; he even likes to be held. He gets along with other felines (I myself saw his suitemate Prince Leopold grooming him, and the two play-wrestle together). However, it’s important to note that he does like to play rough.

Chopper is a good-sized male. He is positive for FIV, but is otherwise healthy. He’s young, no more than 2 or 3 years old. He has patches of medium gray over his head and back, with a tail of the same color; the rest of his coat is white.
