Iris and her son, Nemo, came to us from an international rescue in the country of Lebanon. Iris and Nemo were lucky enough to come to us with a whole crew of 20+ cats that came stateside to various rescues. Unfortunately, the long journey oversees seems to have spooked Iris and Nemo, and they were very scared upon their arrival. With time, Iris has begun to open up to people, but he is still timid when it comes to being touched.

Iris is a healthy young lady with no known health issues. At just a few years old, she has enjoys time hanging out in the solarium when the weather is warm. Iris can be a bit picky about his company, feline or otherwise, but with patience, Iris will come for treats! She and her son would do best in a quieter home with together or with other laidback cats.
